Return policy
In this policy We will cover the following points:
- Evaluation period
- When returns with full refund are accepted
- 3rd party Warranty
- Other cases
1.Evaluation period
The evaluation period is time given to test and check purchased product. This period starts from the delivery date.
The evaluation period is “3 days” for all products We sell.
Rentals do not have evaluation period. They are installed & tested by us and any malfunctioned unit is checked or replaced within the same working day, Or that unit fees fully refunded.
The evaluation period is not related to Warranties.
2.When returns with full refund are accepted
Return of product with full refund including shipping costs is covered by us “Coolers.ae” within “evaluation period” in these cases:
- The product is not as described in product page.
- The product has any defect.
3. 3rd party Warranty
We at “Coolers.ae” don’t provide Warranty of products sold. These are 3rd part products which are covered by 3rd party Warranties. Please contact us if you need any clarification about “Warranty” of any product if not clear on product page.
4.Other cases
In case the buyer wants to return the purchased product for any reason or period not covered above, Please contact us and We will be more than happy to assist you. No obligation from our side though for these special cases.
